Request the pieces that must move through the house
Ask for shipping-crate sizes, largest panel sizes, weights and any handling requirements for the exact configuration. Flat-packed assembly changes the route problem, but does not remove it. Glass panels and long roof sections still need a workable path.
Measure the narrowest usable door opening, ceiling height at stairs and space to turn at landings. A diagonal calculation alone cannot confirm safe handling, unpacking access or whether the crate can be left at the delivery point.
Separate kerbside delivery from installation
Confirm who unloads, who moves the panels indoors and who assembles the sauna. A free-shipping statement may cover a delivery area without including the internal route or installation.
Our records retain seller links and delivery notes, but do not present a national delivery guarantee. Ask about restricted access, additional handling charges, appointment arrangements and damage reporting before committing.
Save the delivery information with your plan
Mark the proposed assembly location and identify where packaging can be removed. Keep photos and measurements for your own seller conversation; the fit tool does not upload them.
The printable checklist includes a delivery section because a room-size result is only one part of the purchase. Leave the route unresolved until the seller or delivery team confirms the actual package and service.
Prepare a route sketch for the seller
Start at the agreed delivery point and trace the route to the assembly area. Label the tightest openings and turns, and note whether a package must be unpacked before entering. Ask the seller which pieces may be carried separately and which must stay intact.
Leave handling and delivery approval to the team performing the work. The checklist deliberately does not convert a nominal doorway measurement into a guarantee that a heavy or fragile panel can be manoeuvred through the route.
Use a panel dimension when the cabin ships flat-packed
Eclipse 2’s assembly checklist asks for a route that clears its largest panel, listed as 51.5 by 76.7 inches. This is a delivery-path fact from that guide, not a universal doorway minimum for every sauna. Angles, landings, packaging and safe handling space still need a delivery plan.
