Read the selected package, not a category headline
Start with the full model and heater option. Record published voltage, phase, connection type and supply requirement. Keep rated heater input separate from the stated circuit requirement; the two amp figures may describe different things.
The US Equinox 2 sheet lists a NEMA 5-20P connection and a dedicated 20A supply. The Eclipse 2 documentation lists a twist-lock L5-30P connection and a dedicated 30A supply. Both are 120V products, so voltage alone would miss the decision-changing difference.
Check every supply the package needs
Traditional packages may have a hardwired heater plus a separate plug-in lighting connection. Our Almost Heaven records retain that secondary-supply note. The main heater screen does not confirm that a lighting outlet is present.
A statement that a circuit exists is not a test of its condition or available capacity. Use the current heater and installation documents with the person assessing the site. The tool does not prescribe breaker sizes, wiring routes or installation work.
Do not use adapters to make the result green
If the plug or connection differs, keep the result unresolved or conflicting until the manufacturer and installer confirm the exact arrangement. A photograph of an outlet cannot establish all its electrical conditions.
Choose the local configuration, especially when reading an international review. A UK, Australian or German sauna with the same series name may use another plug, supply or package.
Use a short supply-information checklist
Give the seller the full model and heater option and ask for its voltage, phase, connection, exact plug, published supply requirement and any separate supply for lighting or accessories. Ask whether a later upgrade changes those requirements. Keep the answers with the quote.
If you do not know a condition at home, leave it unknown in the tool. Selecting an optimistic value to remove a warning does not verify the supply. The unresolved result is intended to tell you which fact to obtain next.
